  • We had been contemplating installing a mini-split for the last 5 years to replace our window A/C unit, and this year we finally made the call to Mountain Mechanical. Tim (the owner) was courteous, professional, honest, and very knowledgeable in his trade. The crew worked efficiently, and in a half-day, we had a brand new Fujitsu mini-split in our living room... and what a difference it has made! This model is quiet and SO EFFICIENT! Our monthly electrical bill in the summertime is usually around $100 (with the window A/C running during the day.) We just got our first bill electric since the mini-split was installed: $45. We could not believe it. The mini-split had been running almost everyday for the past month, and our electric bill was only $45! Thank you Tim and Mountain Mechanical - if we had known our house would be this comfortable in the summer without spending a fortune on electricity, we would have called you a lot sooner!

Prior to deciding, I did tons of research on systems costs installation service and warranty and got a number of quotes. Tim clearly had the best solid solution at a reasonable price.
